It's all about money. No one really cares about the environment.

The UN says that the meat industry creates more green gas emissions that all the traffic in the world, including ships and airplanes. Humans create a LOT of it too, and yet no one speaks about vegeterianism/veganism, nor about reducing birth rates.

There is too much money involved in this, and it's easier to blame Nestle and talk about palm oil, or rant about poor whales, while we, the majority of the public are the ones to blame.
